About "Candy Rain"
Based on true stories, "Candy Rain" tells four intimate, lyrical stories of women in love with women in contemporary Taipei. Director Hung-I CHEN, who made his debut film "Candy Rain" in 2008. It soon gained a huge popularity and success in Taiwan, and also won the Golden Horse Awards on "Best Costume Design" in 2008. Starring Karena Lam, who first act as a boyish lesbian in the film, together with "Taiwan Sweetheart" Cyndi Wang, leading other Taiwan hot & upcoming young actresses to portray 4 different love stories of lesbians. "Candy Rain" is surely a film that will make you have the sweet taste and you will never forget this beautiful piece of work. "Candy Rain" will open in Hong Kong on April 23, 2009.
由真人真戀事改編、台灣新銳導演陳宏一執導的處女之作《花吃了那女孩》，述說了幾段女同志間既酸又甜、似有還無、亦愛亦恨的戀人關係。影片於港台一出驚為天人，《花》片更獲得今屆金馬獎「最佳造型設計」一獎。甜美人兒林嘉欣首次化身帥氣女同志，束緊胸部和紮起長髮演出，與台灣甜心教主王心凌演出一段轟轟烈烈的愛情關係，再加上由陳綺貞柔柔的述說著旁白，配合一眾台灣新進人氣女星參與演出不同故事，令《花》片叫人看畢猶如綿花糖融於口舌中，歷久不散。另外，電影配樂由台灣知名音樂人陳建騏主理，創作了六首全主題曲，由六位女創作歌手何欣穗、黃小楨、吳立琪、彭靖惠、張懸、魏如萱演唱。電影將於4月23日在香港上映。
